"OWIE!" The naked blonde haired girl laying across your lap screeched, tears brimming in her eyes as her dairy aire was inflicted with another painful whack of the paddle.

SMACK!

"I-I'm so-sorry!" She cired out, tears streaming down her cheeks.

SMACK!

"It's "I'm sorry, sir."" You said coldly, raising your paddle once more.

SMACK!

"S-sir please sir! I'm s-so s-sorry s-sir!" She gasped about between sobs. You smirked as you pushed the weeping girl off your lap, with her landing with a thud on the floor. Her sobs become more muffled as scrambled to her feet, looking at you, terrified, before bending down to grab her uniform and running out the classroom, the sound of her feet hitting the cold tiles with slaps slowly fading into the distance. You leaned back in your chair and smiled. You loved your job.

Not long ago, there was a new law passed in which students over the age 18 could apply for reduced tuition fees, in exchange for signing a waver that meant if they stuck one single toe out of line, they could be punished and degraded, with the video being posted online for the highest bidder, with 30% going to the teacher, and 70% back to the government for funding the tuition. Of course, this worked massively well, as once the students has signed the waver the teachers could dish out punishments for almost anything. Dropped a pen? A paddling. Forgot a book? Ball gagged for a week. It was very liberating for the staff.

You stepped over to your desk, picking up your video camera as you surveyed the footage, watching how the blondes ass shook and quivered with each reverberation and smack of the paddle. This one could fetch a high price, but not the highest... There was one girl in your class who had once earnt you £600 once, and this was only the 30%. Monika. She had only ever once given you a reason to punish her, and it was because she stood up for another girl on her first day, telling you that you couldn't punish her for having one button undone on her blazer. Of course, for talking back to the teacher she was made to put on a show after class, stripping for your amusement while you verbally degraded her. Since then, she had stepped not a hair out of line, and it was infuriating. Her homework was perfect, her behaviour was immaculate, even her uniform never had a spec, a bit of lint or a stain in sight. But you'd get her, because she had to slip up sooner or later...
