Do nothing, wait …

You don’t want to be here and to be violated by this orc again and again, so as you can’t leave this room you sat prostrate on the bed waiting the end of the day. When at last the orc enters, you curl up into a ball into the farthest corner of the bed and grab the sheets around you so he’ll have more difficulties to **** you again. You heard the orc coming near, he grabs the sheet and pull on it, but you hold firm and stay coil in. He grunts, grabs the corners of the sheet and ties them together locking you inside. At least he don’t intend to **** you now, but your prison is now smaller and you can’t see anything arounds you. Sudden you feel you are lift of the bed and you are against the orc back. You heard he opens the door and you feel him walking with you in his bundle. You heard another door and someone asks what is in this big bag. The orc answers “A failure”.

Wait, he speaks in an orc language and you understand what it means, how is it possible? You are still lost in thought when you feel the sun through the bag and hear many more peoples around you. It seems you are in a populated area. You scream for help in hope that someone saves you, but the only answer is laughs all around you and the orc shaking his bag. So you wait the next events doing you best not to cry.

After some minutes of walking you are put on a hard stone and the orc undoes the knots. You are first blind by the light of the sun above the sea in front of you, but then you discover that you are in the same cave the dragon put you the first day. You turn to see where the orc is and see the dragon close to him less than a meter behind you. You feel his hot breath on your back and start to run away. You haven’t done two steps that you are stop by the neck. You want to scream but can’t utter a single sound.

“Don’t try to fight against you magic collar Elisabeth, it’s no use” You hear the dragon says behind you, you are surprise to understand him too as he continues “You were right to bring her back here Hazngar, you did nothing wrong, it’s our inquisitor that misjudged her. She is only fear and don’t have the will for a great destiny. Call the intendant we’ll see what place we have for her.”

The orc left and the dragon explain.

“I’m the last dragon still alive. I stopped to gain my live by plunder to another way of living. I bring on this island peoples with potential which are excluded by their society. I wished that you are one of them but you don’t have the nerves for it. So you’ll stay here as a commoner of this island to participate at the functioning of this comunity.”

The orc comes back with a woman with a collar like yours but white. It seems that she is the intendant as she declares that she needs help to the gardens and the stores.

Then, the dragon touches your collar with a claw freeing you and orders you to leave this room with the intendant. She puts the sheet on your back and you follow her to her house. There she gives you common clothes. As you put it, you see in a mirror that you collar is now white as her. You touch it, but it’s still glued to your skin. Seeing that, the intendant explains to you that this collar won’t affect your life except froze you if you try to leave the island or to kill someone. She explains that she has a story close to you and that you have to consider that day as a new start in a new life.

When you think about it, you are alive and it seems that you are no longer endangered. You feel hope coming back even if in a part of your mind you wonder if you haven’t miss something greater.
