Dinner is served!

"This is so much better than pizza!" Jen states, staring at the dishes you made with Lisa's assistance.

"Eat!" you order as you place the plate of Chinese broccoli down on the dining table. You sit down between Sara and Lisa.

"Sihk faahn!" your next door neighbor cheers, picking up her chopsticks.

"What does that mean?" Sara asks.

"It literally means 'Eat rice' in Chinese," Lisa answers.

Your roommates fumble with the chopsticks that Lisa brought over, who laughs as she patiently tries to teach the other girls how to use the utensils. You help Sara on how to properly hold them. Jen and Alice eventually gives up and use their forks.

"This is delicious, Mark!" your brunette roommate says as she stuffs her mouth full of steamed chicken and rice.

"So good!" her girlfriend adds, taking a bite of a snow pea.

"Thank you for cooking, Mark," Sara says, leaning over to give you a peck on the cheek.

"Thank you, Mark!" your other two roommates cheer.

"Thanks for inviting me over for dinner," Lisa smiles and gives you a kiss on a cheek as well.

In your peripheral vision you could see Sara frown for a moment before recomposing herself and smiles at your neighbor. "You're welcome!"
