Digimon Sun and Moon

“New friends!” The derps said in unison as they began to make their way towards the Gizamon.

“Oh yes, we’re your friends, alright!” said the lead Gazimon as the others snickered behind him.

“Mimi, Yaya, no!” John said in a failed attempt to stop the derps, who happily skipped along to their new, so called friends. The two digimon that sat on the derps’ heads quickly pewed and mawed at them. While John could not get their attention, their digital friends did.

“What do you mean they aren’t really our friends?” asked Mimi as she grabbed YukimiBotamon off her head.

“They are tricking us?” asked Yaya as she took Mokumon off her head. The Gazimon’s faces quickly switched from wicked smiles to gnarled smirks as they realized this attempt to gain hostages had failed.

“Looks like this won’t work,” said the lead Gazimon. “So GET ‘EM!” he yelled. The two Gazimon behind him acted immediately.

“Paralyze Breath!” they yelled before the two inhaled deeply and let out a stream of what appeared to be electrified mist towards the two derps. Before John or anyone else could react, their two digimon leapt out of their arms and towards the attacks. A bright light engulfed the two digimon as they moved towards the attack and all of them knew what was about to happen, except for the oblivious derps.

The bright light deflected the various attacks and in the place of YumiBotamon stood a digimon that looked like a raindrop. Meanwhile, Mokumon’s position was now taken over by a digimon that appeared to be an adorably small sun with a tiny flame on its head.

“Woooooooooooooooooooooooooooooow!” the two derps once again said at the same time.

“Mimi, I’m Moonmon!” said the raindrop shaped digimon. “I’ll protect you from these horribly mannered digimon!” Moonmon told her friend.

“And I’m Sunmon!” said the sun shaped digimon. “I’ll keep you safe, Yatina!” he said with red hot confidence.

“Yay, Momo!” Mimi said as she hugged Moonmon from behind. “Ooo, you’re cold in a nice way!” she said as she rubbed her cheek on Moonmon’s back.

“M-Mimi!” said a surprised Moonmon, “This is nor the time or place for that!” she said rather sturnly.

“Susu!” Yatina said as she followed Mimi’s lead and hugged Sunmon from behind. “He’s so warm! It’s making me warm, too!” she said as she rubbed her own cheek on Sunmon’s back.

“Man, this is gonna be annoying,” Sunmon said as he tried to shake free.

“Dammit! Those two pipsquicks evolved into some digimon that can actually do something,” said one of the Gazimon.

“Yeah, but luckily for us, they’re still just baby level digimon. Those two and the other two baby digimon are no match for us. Let’s get ‘em!” said another Gazimon.

“Let’s see how they like this! Pitfall!” one of the Gazimon used a new move to attack not the derps or their digimon, but rather Shelly.

“Woah!” a startled Shelly let out as she began to fall into the hole. Luckily, Gali was able to grab ahold of her hand and kept her from the seemingly bottomless pit.

“Mimi, Yaya, you two have to get away!” Moonmon told the two derps.

“We can’t fight effectively while you are this close!” Sunmon followed up. The two derps nodded to show they understood and then headed towards John.

“Quickly, get behind me,” John told the two derps, who quickly moved behind him and each grabbed a leg in fear of what would happen next. “How are you over there?” John asked as Sam had come to aid Gali in her attempts to save Shelly.

“We are, ugh, doing fine, my lord,” Gali said as Shelly made her way over the edge of the pitfall and crawled back on land.

“Ok, meet us over here. We’ll stay away from Moonmon and Sunmon so they don’t have to worry about us as they fight the Gazimon,” John told the girls, who all agreed.

“You little shits think you can stop us?!” roared one of the Gazimon. “Take those pipsqueaks out and get those humans!” he ordered. Three of the Gazimon went after the two baby digimon while the lead Gazimon and another charged towards John and his group.

“Here, take these two, I’ll try to buy you all some time,” John told Gali and Sam as he handed them each one of his digimon.

“My king, are you sure about this?” asked Gali, with a worried look on her face.

“Like, they tots can pummel you eazypeezy without our magic,” Sam said in an attempt to talk John out of his plan.

“I am well aware but I gotta buy you all some time to escape,” John said. “Make sure everyone is safe,” John told Sam and Gali before he turned and charged the two Gazimon that approached.

“Looks like you die first!” the Gazimon said as it attacked. “Paralyze Breath!” it yelled as its electrified breath spewed from its mouth and towards John. The two digitamas held by Gali and Sam suddenly began to shake as beams of light pierced the shells as the two eggs began to hatch. Sadly the two YumiBotamon that hatched from the eggs were not fast enough as John took the Gazimon’s attack head on.

The warnings flashed in front of John as he fell to the ground, his entire body unable to move. He could feel the electricity as it coursed through his body. His limbs would not respond to his commands so his arms could not brace his body as he fell, first to his knees, and then onto his chest. His head bounced against the hard ground of the forest as he could see the feet of the two Gazimon approach him.

“Kekeke. Time to finish you off!” the lead Gazimon said as he prepared to finish off John.

“BIG BRO JOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOHNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN!” the two derps yelled in unison as they witnessed their guardian, big brother, and bestest non-derp friend about to be killed. Tears flowed down their cheeks as Gali and Sam tried to both keep ahold of the two new YumiBotamon who wanted to help John while they also shielded the derps from the scene in front of them.

“MIMI!” yelled Moonmon.

“YATINA!” yelled Sunmon.

The two digimon could feel a surge of power inside of them. This power was different from the power of humans. It was far more whimsical, unpredictable, and powerful. The two digimon focused this new power to reach another level.

“Moonmon, evolve toooooooooooo,” said the tear-shaped digimon as another light encased her. From that light her form changed. The form grew nearly double the size as four ears, two large ones that hung down and two smaller ones that pointed upwards, sprouted from her head as a singe, long strand of a hair-like antenna also formed at the front of her head. Her lower half had two legs that were covered in a dress-like skin while two arms formed on her upper body. To finish it off, a scarf wrapped around her chest like a vest and a moon emblem sealed it in place. “Lunamon!” said the new digimon as her form fully materialized.

“Sunmon, evolve tooooooooooooooooo,” said the sun based digimon as a light also encased his form. The light reformed the body, this time with a small animal-like form that formed. The new digimon was covered in red fur with sharp claws at the ends of his feet and hands while his tail glowed with a powerful flame that danced at the tip of the tail. Wavy, firesque hair appeared on his head above a sigil that was on his forehead. A small tuft of fur appeared on his chest to round out his appearance. “Coronamon!” said the second digimon to evolve in the fight.

“What?! Now they’re child rank like us,” said one of the digimon that had been in battle with the two previously baby digimon.

“Who cares? We still outnumber them! Crush them quickly so we can finish off these humans!” said the lead Gazimon as he moved back to finish off John.

“Tear Shoot!” said Lunamon as she fired a beam of energy from her antenna, aimed at the lead Gazimon.

“Corona-knuckle!” said Coronamon as he launched a flurry of fire enfused punches at the three Gazimon that was in front of him and Lunamon. The three Gazimon found themselves unprepared and overwhelmed by the sudden attack from Coronamon, while the beam from Lunamon blasted the lead Gazimon into the other Gazimon that was behind him. Shelly, who used the distraction of the digimon, quickly ran to John and moved him away from the digimon fight.

“Corona Flame!” Coronamon said as he finished off the three Gazimon that laid on the ground before him, which destroyed the Gazimon and **** them back to data. Lunamon would do the same with the other two Gazimon with another Tear Shoot.

“Wooooooooooooooooooooooah,” said Mimi in awe.

“Soooooooo coooooooooool!” an excited Yatina said.

“Mimi, I am Lunamon. I hope this appearance pleases you,” Lunamon told the derp as she made her way to the Gorgon derp.

“You look so pretty!” Mimi said as she ran up to her new digital partner. “YOUR EARS ARE SO FLOOFY!” she exclaimed as Mimi played with Lunamon’s ears.

“Hehe, that tickles!” was all Lunamon said as she allowed Mimi to play with her ears. Meanwhile, Yatina and Coronamon met as well.

“You look so cool!” Yatina said as she ran up to Coronamon. “You’re nice and warm!” Yatina said as she rubbed against Coronamon, thanks to her draconic instinctual like warm places.
