Deku uses his Quirk

As the giant zero-pointer burst through the exam stage, Deku was frozen with fear.

That's the gimmick? What the hell?

I gotta run. Gotta get more points- any points! I can't-

“Ow!”

Snapping around, Deku saw the girl from earlier on the ground.

Did she twist her ankle or something?

She can't move. The thing's coming.

It was like the time with Bakugo. Moving without thinking. Doing what had to be done.

I don't even know if One for All works. But I have to try!

Feeling electricity race down his legs, he

](http://jumped.As) the same electric energy traveled into his arm, he yelled out, and punched the robot, feeling it reel back and be crushed.

I did it? I did it!

Now what?

Feeling gravity take hold of him again, Deku realized a few things very fast.

He was falling very far, very fast.

The tightness and heat were back, along with a new swelling sensation.

He had just broken his right arm and both legs.

Think, think, think! If I can hit the ground at the right time… but I've only got my left arm! And once that's done, I'll still be at zero points!

All this to still not pass…

Smack!

In midair, the girl touched his face.

All of a sudden, his momentum practically vanished as he slowly floated to just above the ground.

“Release.”

Everything- Deku, the girl, the pieces of the robot- hit the ground.

The girl thew up.

She's safe. Good.

“One point… just one point!”

“And that's all she wrote, folks!”

Present Mic’s voice rang out. “The practical exam is officially OVER!”

And Deku didn't have a single point.

“Today. It should come today.”

Ever since the exam, Deku’s symptoms had gotten worse.

Recovery Girl had fixed his broken limbs, but he felt sicker than ever. He had made it through the practical exam, but once he was home he rushed into his room and locked the door. He didn't want his mom to catch whatever he had come down with.

Why didn't it go away? Maybe it's some kind of quirk sickness? Did All Might go through this too?

All might.

Ever since the exam, All Might hadn't contacted him at all. Deku had been stuck in his room with nothing but a killer headache, a fever, and weirdest of all, a raging libido.

There was nothing on the Internet about his symptoms- no results about inheritance sickness, of course, and searching his symptoms didn't come up with anything better than “maybe someone's weird quirk got you”.

That's not to say the Internet wasn't helpful. It was very helpful.

He'd found his way onto a number of explicit sites, and spent a lot of time on them. Even as he agonized over his future, he was watching a video of an actress dressed as Midnight fight a villainess with a tentacle Quirk.

She was losing, but she didn't seem to mind.

“Izuku?”

Hurriedly pausing and alt-tabbing the video (he had headphones on, but better safe than sorry, he went to his door.

“The- the letter! It's really here!”

Opening the door a crack, Inko passed it into Deku’s eager hand.

Shutting the door again and opening the letter, Deku found a small disc, which soon began

“But that's not all! Please, watch this.”

“Excuse me, but…”

It was the gravity girl. But something was off.

Her face is red. Did she catch my illness or something?

“Th-the guy, with the freckles- can you give him some of my points?”

What?

“I heard him talking about ‘just one point’- Can you give him some of my points? He saved my life.”

“Well, I'm afraid we can't do that,” Present Mic said, “But there's no need.”

“You see, we had several evaluators watching your performance- and they gave you a whole sixty points for that move! You made it!”

I made it.

He was sick, and sore, and really horny, but he was going to U.A.
