Defeating a villain

Momenta slammed into his ****-field at nearly twenty miles an hour knocking her **** to the ground, felled by her own super speed. Sam stood with his arms folded over his chest, smiling. "Better luck next time, villain." His voice boomed out, echoing through the lobby of the empty bank. He looked down at the would be robber, two suitcases full of cash still clutched in each hand. She was in early 30's but still very pretty with a slender body, magenta hair, and olive skin. As he ran his eyes across her latex clad body he could feel an erection building and he was weighing his options. It had been four days since he'd last recharged his powers and if he had to violate someone it should be a super villain...right?
