Decline politely, and pack up for big lunch (go have your DOUBLE Free Time)

You glance up at Miranda to get her thoughts. She's not making eye contact right now, but she's nervously shuffling a bit. She probably is feeling just like you, and mostly wants to go have her study period and free time in peace. She already worked really hard on the book, so you don't want to keep her!

....E-even if you are getting the sense she kind of wouldn't mind helping you, you're sort of more wanting to go have fun yourself. You don't wanna have to focus on work stuff just yet. So, you politely communicate all of that to Miranda, who seems to be pretty understanding. You thank her for the workbook again, and she nods and rushes off in her usual hurry to take her bag back to her room.

Well, neat! You get up from your table with the workbook under your arm, and start walking back to your own room yourself to drop it off. Having a study period right before lunch is the best, you're about to have SO MUCH Free Time it's barely even believable. But believe it! Because you're heading out to the Courtyard!
