Day 5 (Evening) Ava Addams

You looked to the door to notice The Principal of the University Ava Addams casually walking into your office as if it was your own.

You haven't really had a chance to properly meet the principal yet but her reputation was infamous. Total hardass and wasn't afraid to throw other teachers under the bus to save her own reputation.

Ava: Hello Counselor. I hear that you've been settling in very well.

You: I have. I appreciate you checking in on me Ms. Addams.

Ava: Don't kid yourself. I don't have time to personally greet and small talk every teacher who floats in. No I'm here to inform you of some new duties. Apparently because of prices and schedule vacancies, there are a shortage of available therapists for those in town. So I saw it a golden opportunity for the school to make some more cash. So I've already advertised you'd be available on weekends to clients. Instead of just working with university staff and students, you'd be working with anyone who can afford an appointment. I've already got a few calls about it. You start tomorrow.

You: That's such short notice. Plus those are my days off.

Ava: Oh don't be so selfish. It's for the good of the school. Besides I already told the board you agreed. Back out now and your the one on the chopping block.

Your Thoughts: This bitch. She's sacrificing my personal time to make some cash and score brownie points with the school board.

You: Fine! But I'm only doing one appointment a day. I'm not letting you sell all my free time away.

Ava: (Shrugs) Fine with me. Just means I can charge more. Don't be late. I already have a client lined up.

(With that she left you alone once again in your office. With a grumble you finished packing and went home.)
