Day 2

"Is this place, uh, 'that' kind of massage place?" Barbara asked.

"These girls don't do sexual favors for customers if that's what you're asking," Kitty explained. "That's the kind of thing we rescued them from."

Gwen agreed and added, "Kitty's absolutely right. That said, we're not so much customers as we are friends with benefits when it comes to the masseuses here. We'd never **** them to do anything they didn't want to... trust us, they love it."

Kitty & Gwen were referring to friends they had made when they rescued a group of women from a human trafficking operation in Gotham run by Harvey Fisk, better known in throughout the underworld as Double Dealer. Oceansands was a popular resort town, with many of its properties owned by the Wayne company; because of that, it of course also served as a base of operations for Batclaw in the Caribbean. Batgirl and Nightcat would travel down there every so often to check up with their friends, who were all too happy to offer complimentary services to the women. Kitty handed MJ a spider themed mask. "The full suit's not finished yet, but as I was planning this I thought I'd give this to you for today."

MJ's eyes widened and she looked at the mask in awe. "Wow. This is so, so cool! You guys really are the best," she said as she slipped the mask over her face.

"Looking goooooood, babe," Barbara smiled. "What say tonight we wear the masks in bed?"

"As long as we're not wearing anything else, then hell yeah... Spider-Girl," MJ grinned, kissing Barbara.

"We'll have the think of a codename for you," Barbara smiled. "I think 'Sex Goddess' describes you perfectly..."

"Heheh. I love it, but it's not a superhero name, is it?" MJ chuckled.

"I guess not. We'll have to think of something later," Barbara said back.

"For now, though, welcome to the team," said Gwen. "Not that you ever weren't a part of it."

As Barbara and MJ walked in to the spa, Kori pulled her girlfriends in and whispered "'Sex goddess'... I have a hunch that accurately describes both of them."

Gwen and Kitty both enthusiastically agreed. "I'm sure it does, too. I'd love to see them in action," admitted Gwen,

"It's a temporary name. We'll come up with something better eventually."

"I guess it'll do for now," MJ shrugged.
