Dawn

Dawn, Ash's traveling companion from Sinnoh, was currently facing Ash with her back. She continued to walk along the path that led through the woods, not having noticed that her traveling companion had stopped as she admired the beautiful Kanto landscape. Just like Ash had with his Pikachu, Dawn had also sent her Piplup ahead to Professor Oak, so she too wasn't carrying her Pokémon around like she usually would.

As Ash went to catch up with her again, he kept looking down at the remote he held in his hands. Intrigued as he was, Ash ended up pressing one of the buttons, unaware of the fact that it was pointed straight at Dawn and the effect it would have.
