After filling out the forms, you waved good bye to the attendant, the early forties male, who probably spent most of his time behind the desk, and then you left.

The next few months were a blur of preparations filled with training routine, hand to hand combat training and even some basic sword play. Of course you still worked your boring day job as a logistics specialist in a transport company, but in this day and age it came down to few phone calls a day, observing GPS and filling out excel forms. Your body was turning into something else with combined training and a healthy diet, you were determined to go through the rift in peak physical condition to face whatever challenges it could throw at you.

The early morning call from AWIO office managed to catch you by surprise. It was one of those calls that you were waiting for so long, and yet it didn't seem to go through.

"Good morning, am I speaking to Mr David Trent? My name is Steven Blunt from AWIO."

"Good morning. Yes, that is me." You answered while trying to suppress your excitement.

"Splendid! I am calling to inform you that we finished processing your application along with the background check for your traveller program. Congratulations, you have been approved! We can begin transition process at your earliest convenience."

"Good" - you started answering with a little relief in your voice - "is it possible for me to drop in today so we can get started?"

"Sure, how does eleven sound?"

"It sounds great, I'll be there at eleven then." You confirmed.

"Amazing. On entrance ask Millie to guide you to me. Don't worry, you can't miss her. She is a cow girl."

"Umm, not sure I follow."

"Worry not, my friend, you will understand when you see her. Anyway, see you at eleven, bye!"

With that he disconnected.

After writing a short message to your work office about taking a day off, you called a cab and got ready to go.
