Today was not a good day, as soon as I woke up my back hurt. I then almost fell down my stairs trying to get to the kitchen, then almost burn myself while trying to make breakfast.

Then when I was at work I spilled coffee all over myself, And also at the same time spilled said coffee all over my special documents for work. After that I accidentally bumped into someone and got into an argument (that I didn't even try to escalate) and got punched in the face. And lastly This all happened on my birthday of all days, definitely one of the worst days ever.

Once I walk in to my home I get greeted buy a bunch of people saying "Surprise!". Everyone was there, my mom, dad, big brother, big sister and little sister, Uncle, aunt, girlfriend and best friend. "Wow, thanks guys, This is definitely the best thing that happened to me today" "why what happened?" My girlfriend said with concern. "A bunch of unlucky things have just been happening to me today, But it's fine" "No wonder you were more depressed than usual, let's go get some cake then look at your presents!" Said my brother with a smile "You guys got me presents?" "Yup, think of it as a reward for keeping up with the Universe's bullshit" my brother responded again, guiding me to the kitchen.

We all of course sat down to have some cake, which didn't really take too long. We then immediately jumped onto the presents which they wanted to see me open. I got many amazing things the definitely brightened my mood but th las one was a small box, apparently this one was from my uncle once I opened it up it had a ring in it. "I found that at that new store down the street, apparently it was half off" "Gee thanks" I responded while My uncle gave me a thumbs up, He was always such a cheapskate.
