Darkness

After two stumbling steps Bryan catches his balance and walks into the portal on the right, following the red headed R.A.

His first impression is that it is really dark in the large structure. Bryan sees Jasmine make a right through another portal, and follows her. As he steps through the portal he hears Kathryn gasp a little at the sudden almost total darkness, and stop short, causing him to bump his crotch into the top of her shapely ass. “Afraid of the dark Kathryn?”

“It’s not that. I have night blindness. Nyctalopia. I’ve had it since birth, luckily it doesn’t get worse. But, right now I am totally blind. It…it’s kinda scary, and embarrassing. I had to have a night light on in my room for a long time or I wouldn’t be able to get to the bathroom. In fact, I brought a small night light for here until I get used to the dorm room’s layout.”

Bryan looks around and though he is having trouble making out details he can see objects. “Okay, follow me then.”

Bryan takes the lead as he follows after the quickly disappearing Jasmine. “Jasmine…wait up!”

They step through another portal. The room they enter has four portals, including the one you came in through. “Oh shit.” Bryan mutters.

“What? Bryan? What’s wrong?” Kathryn asks.

Bryan cocks his head to see if he can hear any foot steps, but then he remembers that Jasmine was wearing sneakers. She could be right next to the portal, or three rooms down, and progressing. He has to make a quick decision. Left, straight, or right. Or back?
