Wishing to start small, Damian heads to a rural village, once in the village, Damian quickly spots three people: two friends and one of the friend's mother.

Damian accesses the heart of one of the men, turning him loyal then sending him to seduce the other friend's mother, an easy task thanks to the mental persuasions from Damian, binding the son and mother to the other friend's services, spreading this web to the whole town in the coming weeks, building himself a harem out of the village women and travelling merchants who end up making this village their home after also falling under the other friend's thrall, turning all the men into cucks as the other friend impregnates all the women and has the village raise his spawn, lording over the village, awaiting Damian's commands as the other friend continues to grow the village into a city-state by the time Damian finds use of it.
