Rowena and Charity were best friends. Charity lived in Rowena's apartment rent free. Rowena's parents paid the rent, and Charity had lost her job as a hostess at a restaurant that closed.
Rowena then found out that Charity got drunk and hit on Rowen's boyfriend, telling him that she'd do things in bed Rowena would never do.
Charity begged forgiveness after Rowena threatened to evict her, and Charity just happened to be wearing a dress Rowena bought her for her birthday. Rowena got a pair of scissors and proceeded to cut the dress off.
"Now, you have a choice," said Rowena. "I cut all of your hair off, or you walk naked around the block."
