Cut his Losses

Sonic shrugged at the information, let Amy have her fun, it's not like he needed her for it. He decided instead he would go for a nice long run to cure his boredom. He stretched a little bit looking around for a free area. He backed up and got into a sprinting position as he was off as quick as a flash, leaving nothing but a blue blur behind as he left Station Square, leaping from tree to tree heading until he was in another country of the world. He smirked to himself as he looked around then backed up a bit spotting fire.

Hero mode kicked in as he sped to the fire and reved up when he got close as dirt and mud flew forward as he heard the fire go out, and a voice go "SONIC!" which caused him to stop. He flinched as he saw the eyes of a cat opening in front of him, her yellow eyes looking quite upset. Sonic recoiled as the now covered in mud silloutte of Blaze the Cat stood in front of him, very annoyed by him. Sonic went to say something as Blaze said "You didn't even look for like five seconds!" said the rightfully annoyed Blaze, "Great, do you know how hard it is to get mud off, fire only cakes it!" Sonic spotted some water as he really wished he could swim right now, however as it was he let out a sigh "There's a waterfall not to far from here." the embarrassed hedgehog replied as Blaze only followed him because of that.

Blaze went to a nice spot near the falls as he looked back at Sonic and threw her muddy clothes at him. "You aren't allergic to water, wash these off while I wash myself off." which caused Sonic to recoil, as he went to a shallow end and started to, as best as he could, wipe off the mud. He decided to make idle conversation "What were you doing out there anyways?" Sonic said as Blaze merely hmphed still upset at him. He said "I'm sorry, Blaze."

Blaze took a deep breath, "Are you getting the mud off my clothes?" which caused a reply from the blue mudslinger "As best as I can," he admitted "I kind of a lot on there." he could hear Blaze audibly groan at that, but also head a sigh as the purple cat responded with a simple "It's fine," coming from her lips "You probably saw the fire and thought of protecting people."

Sonic re-asked Blaze, "What were you doing out there anyways?" Sonic heard Blaze still wiping herself off next to the falls so she probably didn't hear him.

Blaze sighed and said "I was waiting for Silver," she admitted to him "Silver and I were going to spar but when he didn't show up I decided to practice by myself. To be honest, I'm a little worried about him. He should have been here by now."

Sonic thought about it a bit "Yeah, being late doesn't sound like Silver." Sonic pulled her clothes out of the water, this was a as clean as he was going to get him. He spun up as fast as he could as the clothes were dry with only a few stains of evidence. Sonic put Blaze's clothes near her with his eyes closed to respect her privacy. He waited for a moment as Blaze came out, Sonic getting an idea in his head about the situation with her and Silver. "We should look for him."

Blaze nodded and said "Yeah, I'm worried" looking at her clothing "Where do you think he could be?"

Sonic put his finger under his chin trying to think about Silver and what he knew about him then made a suggestion on where they could go.
