"What is the matter, boss? is it a complain? " she whisper back at her boss.

"No. I tell you later in my office, ok." he whisper again and smile at her.

After the shift over, time is surely goes fast tonight. Christy went back to the office to meet her Boss there. She knock the door first, afraid if she interrupting her boss activity in the office right now. Just incase that her is busy calculating the income tonight or something else.

"Come in."

" Hey, Boss. Hope not interrupting you in the middle of something important." Christy tried to be polite as she open the door, showing her face before coming in to the office.

"Yeah, it's okay. Come in, C."

"So what's all about you want to ask me before?"

"Oh okay, Here's the thing. Do You know that customer I spoke back there?"

"No, Boss." She lied because she actually knew him from the old times when she known as somebody else.

"His name is Jerry, his one of the regulars here. he works at a reputable law firm in this town and often he helps me in the law matters of the Cage. In other words, I'm in debt with him a lot."

"So what does that have to do with me?"

"He wants to asked you to accompany him to the company gala, C. He will pay for your time by hours you with him. I think it's worth a buck. You should take the offer, C."

"I'll think about it. When is the gala wild be held by the way?"

"Here's Jerry's number. contact him if you agree with this." He gives her Jerry's name card.

"Will do that, boss. Thanks. If there's nothing else, I'm going home." She turns away going to left the office.

"By the way, C. Are you still single? Never heard your parents ever mentioned you had one before." he curious about her private life.

"Sorry, boss. it's private... he he he."

"Damn, You're lucky bastard Jerry!" he cursing in silent.
