Cupid - Roman God of Desire and Lust

Time runs different in the world of the Immortals. In general it runs slower, so despite being hundreds or thousands years old in human accounts you still are considered young. But you are old enough to get your own job. Kind of. The other gods see you as kind of an apprentice. You are the son of Mars - god of war and (for whatever crazy reason) agriculture - and Venus - goddess of love, beauty and ferility.
You never got along with your father and so, as it came to pick an aspect of live to be responsible for you chose kind of your mother's way. Venus, in her younger days was kind of a workaholic and tended to everything connected to love, sexuality and fertility. As you grew older she happily let you take over the love-starting part and made sure, the later parts of human relationships were still under her protection.
You are a bit more hotheaded than your mother. And that makes things... well, interesting.
