Before we begin, know that I am doing this on a smartphone that refuses to let the autocorrect work with the default editor on this site. As such, help with typos I miss would be appreciated. It's also incredibly difficult to do any good formatting, so appreciate whatever fancy shit I pull off.

I also fucking loathe dialogue and it's why I'm here and not AO3, despite getting a decent cult following there. By the way, if you recognize me from there, shut your fucking mouth and speak of this to no-one, capiche?

Secondly, I WILL be incorporating ****, ****, impregnation, sexism, and a dash of racism into this story.

I'll try and keep that last one tasteful, but I am personally miffed at the fact that "Blacked" has an official porn studio whilst no alternatives for other races exist, which I personally believe to be very racist, so I figured if I'm gonna fight a stupid trend, might as well fight it in a stupid way: petty raceplay.

Anyways, onto the actual story.

This path will have Izuku be born as a girl, named Izumi, whom will immediately use The Rulebook to become a futanari the first chance she gets. She will receive The Rulebook a little before meeting All Might.

This Chapter is solely for listing off the rules I write, so as to keep things less confusing. I might also list what chapter and branch they are from, depending on how much I care.

New Rules:

In the nick of Time:

*New Rule: If someone other than Izumi signs their name in either The Rulebook or one of Izumi's personal notebooks, they will be compelled to follow her requests.

Old Rules:

In the Nick of Time:

*Old Rule: Midoriya Izumi is the owner of The Rulebook, and is thus the only person able to write in it. Other people may write in The Rulebook if given direct permission from Izumi.

*Old Rule: When a permitted user is writing rules in The Rulebook, they have the option to slow or pause time until they are done.

*Old Rule: Permitted users can teleport The Rulebook into their hand or to any location whenever they desire.

*Old Rule: There are two genders: Female and Futanari. Futanari have a vagina, penis, and testicles. Futanari are capable of hiding their penis and/or testicles inside their crotches, with the penis becoming indistinguishable from a clitoris and the balls having no visible giveaways, nor needing to be outside the crotch in order to function. All futas are female, but not all females are futas.

*Old Rule: The average penis-length is 33cm (13 in) with the minimum length being 20cm (8in).

*Old Rule: All Futanari are white, and females can only give birth to females of their race, or have a slim chance of giving birth to a white futanari.

*Old Rule: Midoriya Izumi is a Futanari; the length, girth, rigidity, virility, stamina, sensitivity, hygiene, semen quantity, and taste of her penis can all be manually adjusted by Izumi. By default, Izumi's penis is 46cm (18in) long flaccid with proportional girth, and can grow up to 30% when erect (60cm or 24in).

*Old Rule: STDs do not exist, nor can any diseases be transmitted whilst sexually aroused.

*Old Rule: Cellulite, stretch marks, warts, wrinkles, zits, pimples, acne, eczema, and all forms of skin conditions do not exist.

*Old Rule: 70% of the fat that naturally builds on the human body will be in the thighs and ass. Fat concentrated near the stomach will always be used first. Fat is also easy to burn, with a simple 1 hour worth of walking being able to undo 1 day worth of calories.

*Old Rule: The female figure naturally wants to optimize attractiveness; making the torso smaller, hips wider, and excess fat kept to a minimum. Muscle is relatively easy to build, but once muscle mass exceeds conventional attractiveness it will simply become denser and more efficient, packing more strength in the same space. This rule will also supplement other rules, modifying the female body to make other rules more attractive.

*Old Rule: Humans can only have hair on their heads.

*Old Rule: Females ovulate constantly, and do not have periods. Instead, old eggs are expelled via orgasm.

*Old Rule: The female body is capable of slowing or pausing embryonic development, but cannot pause or slow fetal development. If sperm belonging to a different partner encounters a fertilized embryo, it will take the opportunity to replace the DNA of the previous. If this occurs in the late stages of embryonic development, it is possible for the female to give birth to a child with the DNA of multiple Futas.

*Old Rule: Clothing must show off cleavage, or sideboob, or underboob, or some combination of the three. Usually the areolae are also exposed, but this is typically a fashion choice. Additionally, leaving the breasts completely exposed is considered normal and legal. Skin-tight clothes count as "exposing" the breasts, and are also legal.

*Old Rule: Skirts are typically very short, with anything knee-length considered prudish and improper. Traditionally, skirts only go far enough to cover the clit or half of the ass, depending on the culture. More conservative cultures favor more exposure, with liberal cultures favoring less. Crotch-curtain style skirts are allowed to be any length, but there cannot be any fabric covering the hips.

*Old Rule: Panties and other underwear do not exist, and the concept of deliberately obscuring the vagina from view is deeply disturbing to all people. Bikini bottoms, leotards, pants, shorts, leggings, etc all exist, but must use at least one of these solutions: Make the crotch area incredibly tight to the point it looks like it's part of the skin; make the crotch area easy to rip; make the crotch area transparent; or make a cutout in the crotch area to reveal the vagina.

*Old Rule: The smallest bust size women are biologically capable of is E Cup (or DD). The average bust size is around H to J. L cup is considered to be the most common "busty" cup size. All areolas and nipples are decently large and puffy, with inverted nipples causing the areolae to puff out more and take on more color. Breasts are also supernaturally bouncy, and slightly defy gravity in order to retain a mostly round and pleasant shape with little sag. The largest natural band-size (the number often seen before the cup size itself, meant to represent the torso measurement) is 34, and is very rarely seen on non-fat people. The most common band sizes are around 28. The bigger the boobs are, the more likely they are to lactate regardless of pregnancy.

*Old Rule: Inverted nipples are uncommon, but not rare. Women with inverted nipples will naturally produce milk constantly, but the inversion prevents the milk from coming out. Sucking out the nipple will cause it to lactate until it naturally becomes inverted again. Women with inverted nipples cannot have a cup size below I. Women with inverted nipples must milk themselves daily, as the milk build up can cause discomfort and excessive arousal. If a woman with inverted nipples goes a full week without milking themselves, their breasts can permanently increase in cup size, only stopping after five size increases, not counting growth from other sources. When at this limit, going a full week without milking will cause the woman to have an irreversible increase in lust.

*Old Rule: The concepts of anal sex and contraception are incredibly disliked, with some nations banning all mentions of them. Additionally, it is considered rude and highly insulting for a futa to pull out of a vagina before ejaculating.

*Old Rule: Condoms exist, but not for the purpose of contraception. Instead, they exist solely to store semen for later use, either as decoration, snacks, or for on-the-go creampies without the need for sex. Attempting to use a condom as contraception will always cause the condom to break. If a condom is successfully filled, it is considered rude to not have bareback sex afterwards.

*Old Rule: Bras are considered an optional accessory, and are not popular.

*Old Rule: Humans constantly sweat in such a way that their skin is always slightly shiny. This sweat also helps regulate temperature, prevent sunburn, and repel insects; eliminating the need for clothes to cover the majority of skin. This sweat is also laced with pheromones. As a side effect, most clothes cling to the skin and will slowly soak up the sweat.

*Old Rule: It is considered polite and flattering to ogle people, and many will willingly expose or flaunt their own body to provide a better look. Sexual and perverted compliments are also considered polite and flattering, with more perverted comments being considered more flattering.
