Crucifixion
The Courier, Angel, enter Ceaser’s tent. Crossing a Rubicon of sorts. The Praetorian guards made sure to disarm the Courier before Ceaser. Angel made her way to the throne. Atop sit Ceaser, despite Conquering most of the Mojave; Ceaser had extended his forces to to a point where administering his empire would be problematic. He had wanted to move his main headquarters to the Strip, however the Strip wasn’t under his control and his Eastern Provinces were growing restless with the lack of his presence. He had to continue ruling from the Fort, if he wanted to keep the Eastern Provinces from revolting.
Angel stood before the man, the Emperor of the Legion. Arcade Gannon standing reluctantly beside him, staring you down in anger. Angel spoke up, “Ceaser, I Angel of the Legion have done your bidding, I bring you the fruits of my labor.” handing the notes to Ceaser. Ceaser reviewed the notes that Angel had handed. Angel anxiously waited for Ceaser to be done, pacing about the tent. Ceaser raised an eyebrow to the Courier. “Courier, what troubles you to such an extent that you frisk about lax of confidence?” Angel twisted herself to face Ceaser; her troubled face showed. “Ceaser, I have been faithfully serving the Legion and yet I feel I an not being treated like a proper Legion Member.”
Ceaser went silent for a moment; thinking, thinking about how to phrase his next words. His Practorians moved to block the exit and surround the Courier. Angel ready herself for a fight. Then Ceaser spoke, “The Legion stood strong on the backs of its Legionaries. Built by the strength of Men: Men that are stronger than women, more resourceful than women, more loyal than women; with history showing that without women subservient to man society crumbles. I have no grudge against you, but you send a message that is detrimental to my Legion. So you must be made an example.” The Praetorians pounced upon the Courier; a six on one was already an unfair fight that only got worse with the dogs. The dogs bit at her heels; while the Praetorians pounded her with their ballistic fists. The Courier wouldn’t go down that easy. She had survived raiders, NCR, deathclaws, and whatever the Mojave could throw at her. The Courier fought her assailants tooth and nail; killing a dog and incompaciating two Praetorians. Though without her weapons, attrition took its toll as Lucius made the finale blow. Knocking Angel to the ground the Praetorians dog pile her. Tying her up and disarming her; removing her armor and clothes. The Courier was left on the floor hogtied and naked. With the Couriers capture; Ceaser had set up a public crucifixion. One that was more ceremonial than what most Mojavian pleb got. Though the Courier wasn’t just some pleb.
Time had passed before a group of Praetorians came and rearranged the binds. The Courier was **** to stand on her weakened legs. Lucius stood before the Courier; affixing a **** collar to her. The Courier was then dragged to the place of which she was to be executed. Ceaser walking behind her. Angel was brought to an elevated platform, with many Legionaries standing before her. Some were familiar faces, most were new to her. Ceaser stood before his Legion addressing them, “The Legion had fought many battles, pure from the corrupting influences of the weak. This foul broodmare wishes to subvert our culture of strength, our culture of dominance. So It is with the charges that I find, this false hero of the Legion, guilty." With that the Courier was fixed to the cross and left to die; whilst Legion forces watching, celebrating, her slow demise. The Courier who had taken the Legion so far was but a husk of her former self.
The End.
