Lexi prodded at Kiri who seemed wholly uncomfortable around the much more extroverted she-devil.

“You should have said something, pet.” Morgana chimed in. Once she had confirmed you were okay, the slime queen had remained uncharacteristically quiet.

“Are you okay?” You said wordlessly through your mental connection.

“Yes. I just have some things to think about.” She responded.

“Bad things?”

“No, my love. Just some musings about safety. No need to worry yourself. I’ll speak to you when I’ve figured out a plan.”

“Okay. I love you. Sorry for making you worry.”

“That is a separate issue. Do not think I’ll be lenient when coming up with a suitable punishment for this. Prepare yourself for your goddess’ wrath.”

That thought brought a smile to both your faces. It was Lisbeth who noticed.

“Care to share with the class what exactly is so funny?” Lisbeth was in a much worse state of mind.

“Oh, just musing over his punishment, love. He deserves a punishment for keeping secrets, don't you think?” Morgana had a mischievous expression, which Lisbeth eventually returned.

“Yes. I think there is definitely cause for correction. What about her though?” Lisbeth said while gesturing to Kiri.

“It’s true that she attacked and threatened our husband, however, she never acted upon her feelings until Jim set her up.” Morgana said, looking at Kiri briefly before continuing.

“There are traces of his magic all throughout the room. By his own admission, he tricked Kiri into coming here and then put her in a **** situation by cornering her and using his gifts. I believe the human authorities would classify that as entrapment, correct?” This time she looked at Cerena, who was standing by the door with her arms crossed.

“That’s…technically true, Ms. Morgana. If she was unlikely to carry out the crime without Jim setting this scenario up, then it would be entrapment.” Cerena shrugged matter-of-factly.

“Wait. She was the one who started this! I was just making it happen on my terms.” You protested.

“Unfortunately, we’ll never know if Ms. Kiri would have given into her urges without your influence. Also, I believe it has been you who was the first to show affection. Leading the poor woman on and then crying victim? How terrible.” Morgana was putting on a performance now.

Cerena put a clawed finger to her chin as if in thought.

“It was you who hit her with the sex magic that day you tried to break protocol and see Lexi outside of appointments. I guess you could say you started it first.”

You could not believe this. Even Cerena had suddenly turned on you. You looked around and found no one seemed to be on your side. Your eyes fell onto Kiri, who blushed and turned away.

“We’ll have to convene and decide something suitable.” Morgana stated plainly. “In the meantime, Lexi, we will need you to get the paperwork ready for the sponsorship of both Cerena and Ms. Kiri.”

“Yes ma’am!” Lexi said with a playful salute. “More subjects for the master.”

“Hold on! Aren’t we supposed to talk about this stuff together?” You questioned.

“Oh? Now you want to talk about important decisions before doing something rash? Were you planning on using Ms. Kiri and hanging her out to dry?” Lisbeth retorted.

“No, nothing like that! I like Kiri. She’s a hard worker, intelligent, beautiful, and we apparently have good sexual chemistry.”

Kiri continued to look away, but the pink blush of her cheeks had begun to turn scarlet.

“Ms. Kiri, we are sorry for our husband’s behavior. He is an unruly pet in need of further training. Despite his shortcomings, he is a good man. Would you like to join our household?” Morgana continued to push the issue.

“Yes. I would like to continue mating with him.” Kiri said flatly, still refusing to look anyone in the face.

“I also had no intention of letting Kiri go, just so we’re clear. It was just sudden, and I didn’t want to make her feel uncomfortable with peer pressure.” You said.

“Excellent. It’s settled. Both Kiri and Cerena will be registered to join us.” Morgana said with a sense of finality.

“I never agreed to be sponsored, though.” Cerena suddenly said. Everyone stopped to look at her.

“Plus it’s so obvious you’re in love with Lord Asmodeus.” Lexi laughed.

Now everyone looked at her. She stiffened and averted her gaze once more.

“You were watching us?!” Cerena said embarrassed. Kiri just nodded slightly.

The room descended into some chaos at that point with various conversations all going on at once. With all the recent activity, you were starting to feel sensory overload.
