The way my hands floated and I had to squint to read text or make out a face I could clearly identify this as a dream. Everything was foggy, but I understood that there were tiers. The priests were testing me and wanted to know where my abilities lay. I had freaked out and failed on the first room and I knew it and they knew it, my face had given it away and it seemed they took pity on me. Why I did recoil so badly to that ritual.
