Cozy Snakes (something completely different)

This one's about snake people. Top half human, bottom half serpent. These gals:

For most of the year they are functioning members of society who just happen to be snakey in nature. Nothing weird about that. But when the cold months approach, their instincts awake. They seek others of their kind and a warm place to hole up until spring.

Some of them will buy supplies in bulk so they can stay inside all winter. If they must, they will bundle up for quick dashes to the store. But if they get too cold they become slow and may need help getting back inside. Many prefer to ask human friends or assistants to shop for them.. and a few ask them take care of some other needs while they're at it.

The inspiration for this prompt is exclusively about lesbian snakes, but I always encourage people to let their imaginations fly. Male and female humans, snake dudes, other anthros with hibernation instincts. This would probably not be set in a world with regular pets girls.
