Cover himself up as good as possible and stay calm as he goes out to look for help.

Galarth was terrified and confused, but he knew that getting hysterical wasn't going to help him; he needed to calm down and think about how he could cure his body from his disgusting transformation. He remembered there was a seer near town, around the forest, and he knew how to get to them; maybe they could tell him why his body was changed and how he could return to normal.

Since his clothing was too big for him on his tiny new form, he had to get creative to cover up. He used scissors to cut up some fabric from some of his older outfits and stitch them together on a mismatched robe composed of multiple different shirts, pants, and underwear of different colors, he was hardly going to win any fashion contests with this thing but it will at least managed to wear something, and cover her entire body, including her head, he knew people would freak out if they saw a goblin in town and rightly so.

He tried to pick up one of his weapons, but all of his swords, lances, maces, axes, and shields were too heavy now; the best thing he could carry with him now with his new wimpy and short arms was a small dagger.

He came out from behind his house and tried to sneak out of town without drawing attention by going through alleyways where people rarely walked through.
