Corrupt Politician

You read up on your mission:

Virginia Mayo, city councilwoman District E. She pretends to be a good Christian conservative republican but has been taking bribes and kickbacks for months to prevent new businesses from opening and giving competition to those paying her. She is also threatening councilman Bert Fryman. She got him drunk and took compromising photos of him with a hooker she hired to sidle up to him, though he did nothing with her. We want her taken down the most publicly humiliating way ever. Half payment now, the other half after the job is done.
