Cornered

Katie looked nervously from Reggie to Tony as they played the video of her snorting the nose candy with Sarah, who didn't work PR, but who was a hooker.

"I'm sorry, she told me she worked with you," Katie begged the mayor. "I know it looks horrible, but I promise you, it's not how it happened. Reggie looked at her severely.

"I have an impeccable reputation," he lied. "Shit like this could ruin that reputation. I should fire your ass right now. But I'll give you a chance to prove you are loyal to me."

Katie looked up. "I'll do anything," she said tearfully. She was given a package, to take to a man named Big Kelvin at a strip club on the wrong side of town.
