Continuing the hunt

"Morning, lover," Felicia said to Selina as she walked into the Ops Room of Titans Tower, greeting her girlfriend with a kiss. "I take it last night went well?"

Selina grinned and asked, "Was I that obvious?"

"Trust me, gorgeous, I know that smug grin all too well by now," Felicia answered. "And, let's face it, trying to get into Laura's bed? You were either going to score or end up being torn limb from limb."

"Sounds like you were a little worried about me," Selina teased.

"A little," Felicia admitted. "But I know better than to doubt your seduction skills. So, how was she?"

"Everything I'd expected, and then some," Selina said with a cheeky grin. "Laura's a fucking wildcat in bed."

Felicia smiled from ear to ear, clearly proud of her lover's latest sexual conquest. "I'm guessing you were a submissive little kitty then, huh?"

"You really don't have a choice with a girl like that," Selina advised. "You let her have her way with you."

Felicia smirked in anticipation. Laura sounded like a fierce lover, and she couldn't wait to find out for herself. "Ooh, I like the sound of that..."

"What about your night? You finally got into Gwen's tight little suit, I assume?"

"Her and her girlfriend," Felicia said gleefully. "The chase is over."

"So? Was it worth the wait?"

"Totally worth it," a delighted Felicia said. "As fun as the chase was, I'm even more excited now."

"That makes two of us," Selina agreed.

Laura walked into the room, looking a little less ornery than she did the previous day (which wasn't saying much, admittedly.)

"Morning, lover," Selina greeted Laura playfully.

Laura scowled at the two cat burglars and grunted. "Hmph."

"Y'know, I had a great time last night," Selina continued. Felicia chuckled, amused at her girlfriend's playful badgering of the angry Wolverine.

Laura walked up to Felicia, made a fist, and popped her claws. "Keep laughing, kittycat. You're next."

"Whoa." Felicia felt a surge of excitement, and Selina looked over and her and winked teasingly. Both women were eagerly anticipating swapping their partners from the night before. Still, they had to get through the day -- and it was going to be a chaotic one. Hopefully they'd get closer to Kraven & Cheetah, or better yet, take them down.

Gwen & Cassie sauntered into the Ops room, seemingly in a very good mood. "Looks like we're a little late," Gwen remarked. "Sorry if we're a little late. Cass & I got a little... distracted when were showering."

"Awww, and here I am getting up early and missing everything," Felicia pouted. "Still, I can personally vouch for how much fun these two are while showering."

Laura scoffed at the banter. "Yeah, yeah. You're all horny. But we've got work to do," she said, focused. "We should interrogate Bullseye."

"Yeah, we've got a looooong day ahead of us," Cassie agreed. "Might as well get started."

Meanwhile, Sabretooth was still dragging himself along the ground, tracking down the limbs Laura had hacked off. I'll tear her apart, he thought. I'll make her suffer. And then I'll send her torn body to the runt, part by part.

As he inched forward, seething, the sky darkened and an unknown form appeared in front of him.

"Oh, this is great -- really, really great! I sense plenty of chaos in this dimension. There's a hunt going on, I can feel it..."

The mysterious visitor looked down at Creed, and a sinister grin crept across his face.

"You. You'll do nicely," he said. He summoned Sabretooth's missing limbs and reassembled the mutant's body.

"You hunt for me now."
