Setting and conflict now in place, I am comfortable to start the story.

But, knowing we're at a catholic boarding school, is Nora the right character for me?

Character Creation

To create the characters, I tried to follow the process in Black Tokyo Unlimited, D20 Modern, and all the corresponding SRDs. Players should feel free to do as they will, I don't really know what I'm doing, I made mistakes, and I modify everything to fit my story. Everyone should put character and story before mechanics and I encourage you to do only that which you feel will help in your experience of the game and the story. Yet, I leave behind my process for creating a characters should someone choose to follow.

Stats:

I mostly used standard array because I am lazy [15,14,13,12,10,8], but I thought about and am happy with point buy. [All abilities start at 8. 8-14 cost 1 point, 15-16 cost two, and 17-18 cost three. 25 points to spend.]

Occupation:

I put most into student or something similar, but what ever you think is appropriate likely works. Here are some I liked and looked at

Class

All characters started as Hentai Heroes. I wanted to make sure to start all of them with appropriate Hentai-flaws and powers. Class information for the first four levels is as follows:

Flaw

At first level, Hentai Hero chooses a Heroic Flaw

Honorable: You cannot lie. Must succeed Will Save DC 30 to knowingly lie. Failure means you speak the truth or remain silent. -2 on all feints in combat.
Impious - You are not simply an atheist, your mere existence offends the gods. You receive a spell resentence to friendly spells from divine sources equal to 10+(1/2 Hentai Hero level)
Killing Chastity. - you have taken a vow of chastity and celibacy, either by choice or by birth. Each time you have a sexual encounter you lose 1d6 health, and permanently lose 1d4 HP Max.
Monstrous Blood - Select a single creature type common to the campaign This represents a hidden heritage. you are affect by bane weapons and effects harmful to that creature type.
Romantic Misadventures - You suffer a -2 on all will saves and sense motive checks from creatures and genders you are attracted to. Failure on this sense motive results in a DC 20 will save. Failure on the will save means you proceed with a disastrous romance.

All characters took the Student Occupation granting 3 skills as class skills from among [Computers, Knowledge, Perform, Research].
If skill is already class skill character can take a +1 Misc bonus to the skill instead.
