Contemplate ending it all

It was hard to believe the face in the bathroom mirror belonged to you. The entire left side of your face was a patchwork of black and blue bruises. Your left eye was blackened. Bruises lined your ribs where he had kicked you. Your crotch was especially tender. There were bruises all around your pussy lips from the massive kick he gave you. As you stared at the bleeding mess in the mirror, you began to sob.

How could this have happened to you? You did everything right. Why did Buck do this? Would this be your life now? Would you spend the rest of your days being treated like some dog’s chew-toy? You opened up the cabinet and took out an old bottle of pain medication prescribed to Buck. That was when the thought crossed your mind. What if you didn’t have to live like this? There were about twenty pills left in the container, they looked like opiates. What if you just… downed them all? Would that be enough? Or maybe if you downed them with hard liquor? You were certain that that would do the trick!

You went into the kitchen and grabbed a glass and the strongest bottle of liquor you could find. Grain ****, that would do. This was it, you were really going to do it! You felt as though a weight had been taken off you chest. You felt airy, giddy, free.

You rushed back into the bathroom and poured yourself a nice tall glass. You then poured out the pills onto the toilet seat. Using the handle of your hair brush, you crush the pills into a fine white powder. You mix the powder in with the liquor and stirred.

You looked yourself in the mirror one last time. This was it this nightmare would finally be over.
