Confused

The Commander stormed into the her girlfriend's apartment ready to rip her clothes off, tie her up, drag her to another packed area. When the door open she was temporarily stunned. Liara was naked, bound, collared, and kneeling. Her first instinct was someone got here first and Liara was in distress. The look on Liara's face said other wise.

She looked nervous and blushed, but nothing screamed help me. Shepard looked around seeing Glyph darkened on the shelf and no one else.

"What the hell is this?" Using anger to hide the confusion.

Liara straightened up. "I'm sorry Shepard. I should have never agreed with Hannah's idea. I know you want to make everyone involved pay, so I'm giving myself to you. Whatever you want to do I won't resist no matter how humiliating."

This definitely wasn't what Shepard was expecting. Here she had Liara naked and completely at her mercy. Apart of her wanted to be harsh and the other still loved the Asari, but she needed to be punished. So now she had to decide what to do with the bound beauty.
