College (Branch Placeholder)

This is a reserve chapter for if I ever want to tackle a proper college arc for Isaac and Emma. This would be different than the events of the highlight chapter so it would require a branch. While it is doubtful, I want to keep the option open. I may add stand-alone chapters of specific events too here (or other people if they wish to contribute).
