Choose to go right

Turning to the right, you make your way down the corridor, and you can't be sure, but the floor seems to be sloping downward. This is confirmed when you suddenly splash into an inch of warm water. Great, the dungeon is flooded. It gets deeper as you progress, lapping over your ankles, swirling around your knees, until you find yourself forging along with the water at your waist. Wishing you had picked a different path, and perhaps a different profession, you pause to catch your breath - walking through deep water is exhausting - and hear something splash behind you.

You turn, surprised to find a pretty young man in the water behind you. He's either very short, or crouched down in the water, because you can only his head and shoulders above the water. He has long, gauzy blue hair and large, golden eyes, and a face too delicate and beautiful to be human. Could he be one of the sorcerer's 'horny pets'?
