Check on Lilly

I decide to follow Holly and check on Lilly as well. However, as I start to follow her, I bump into someone. Feeling stupid for not seeing who it was, I turn and look to apologize and notice its Daniel I bumped into while he was talking to his girlfriend Crystal. Daniel laughs when he sees it’s me.He then hits me on the shoulder before talking. "Hey, Alex. It’s nice bumping into you." He laughs while saying, "Crystal and I were just about to go downstairs to see what Brad was doing. I think I saw Kelly and Heather already heading that way."

I think about going with them, but I've already decided to follow after Holly to check on Lilly. So, I explain to Daniel, "Brad said the party was starting soon, but I wanted to check on Lilly before I went down there. I'll catch up with you later." Daniel shrugs, but seems fine with my response. "Okay. Well, I’ll see you when you come down. Don’t take too long though. I hear this party is going to be lots of fun and you don’t want to miss anything." He grins and then starts walking towards the basement with Crystal giving me a quick smile and following him.

With that over, I head towards Lily’s room to see what Holly and Lilly are up to, but find the door is shut. I try to open the door, but it’s locked. I wonder what they are doing in there. So, I put my ear to the door to listen, but all I can hear is music. I guess that was a bust. Though, I’m not sure why they felt the need to lock the door. They must be doing girl stuff or something. I turn and go back to the living room and see Greg, John, and Missy heading towards the basement. I then see Brad.

He waves at me and says, "Hey, the party is starting. Where is your sister?" I reply, " I think she is with Lilly doing girl stuff." Brad just starts to head towards the basement with the others. "Whatever, let’s go to the basement. She can join later if she wants."

I wonder if my sister, Holly, will join later and why Brad didn’t mention Lilly coming to the party. I see Brad disappear down to the basement while I decide what to do. I can let Holly and Lilly know the party has started or I can just follow Brad and let them come down whenever they want.
