Check for hidden switches

The first move to make was clearly the professional one. While the previous adventurers had not found anything, a rogue of Kasha's ability would discover even the most well hidden tricks.

And so she went to work. Carefully, methodically, she started from the entryway and carefully checked every stone. Putting pressure on each spot, knocking and listening for anything hollow, carefully running her fingers along searching for hidden seams, there were a number of techniques at Kasha's disposal to solve this. After over an hour of careful examination, a couple feet behind the statue, Kasha found something. There seemed to be some kind of panel hidden in the floor, about the size of her fist.

Carefully, Kasha set her thieves tools in place, and leveraged the panel open.

A cloud of pink smoke rose from the opening, making Kasha leap back.

A rumble behind her indicated the door would slam shut in only a moment. Should she make a temporary retreat? She had no idea what the smoke was supposed to do to her, but it couldn't be good. But there could be another mechanism to open the doors, and if anyone could find it it was Kasha.
