Chastity belt

Chastity belt Definition: Locking item of clothing designed to prevent sexual intercourse or masturbation. Modern versions of the chastity belt are predominantly, but not exclusively, used in the BDSM community, and chastity belts are now designed for male wearers in addition to female wearers.

Used to keep the wearer to enjoy themselves, it's a form of control over their pleasure. It can be used as a couple power game, but also solo to increase the eagerness of self pleasure.
