Charge the Witch

Filled with wrath and loathing you charge after her. As the guards close the hall doors behind your guest, you simply pass through them. As you charge and pass through her, you find an interesting point part way through her. As you investigate it, you feel her will and struggle to push your own over her she stops you and casts you out of herself.

"We won't be having any of that now," she smirks as she keeps walking.

"Then what will we be having?" you follow after her, your ghostly form feeling strangely strengthened by your recent action.

"Obviously, I won't be letting you possess me, but I also can't let the current powers poised to take over your domain do so. So, that's why I've given you the form you currently have," she responds clearly aware of your spectral presence.

"What? Then leave me where I was," you rage and gesture.

"And I couldn't keep you in power, for obvious reasons. So, you're bound to the keep, but are free to work without intervention within its bounds."

"Why would you do that?" you rage, but know getting physical won't do anything.

"I fear them being organized. Stop that," she smirks and saunters off, leaving you dumbfounded.
