Ocarina Hill

The protagonist, an 18 year old first year college student who stylises herself as Phoenix Fortune, a self-proclaimed evil mad scientist, exasperating others with her chuunibyou antics.

Despite her goofiness, she's actually pretty intelligent. She has long black hair.

Chris Shepard

18 year old teen genius who graduated from university at the age of 17. Despite his excellent skills in physics, he's actually neuroscientist. He has black hair. He's also a closet geek and a blatant tsundere.

Ashley Forrester

Ocarina's "slave" and childhood friend. Despite being the same age as Ocarina, she views her as a little sister and works hard to support and protect her. She fairly useless as far as advanced physics go but nobody minds since she makes sure everyone gets along. She is also an avid cosplay maker. She is 18 years old and has short red hair, that formed fringes that sweep from either side.

Tom Weaving

Ocarina's best friend. He's a hardcore otaku. He doesn't get a lot of the advanced physics but his skill with hacking and electronics more than make up for it. He is 19 years old, overweight and wears glasses.

Marley Underwood

A silent and inexpressive 20 year old woman who prefers to communicate through her cellphone and cannot function without it. If left to her own devices, she'll never speak but will send dozens of gigantic text messages at a time until her receiver responds. Even when face to face, Marley prefers to communicate by email to the phone where if her phone is taken away, she will almost refuse to speak until her phone is returned to her. She is tall, pale skinned, slender and has blonde hair and rectangular glasses.

Fred Fields

Ashley's classmate, an extremely feminine looking 18 year old boy. He's very shy and soft-spoken.

Ashley often attempts to get him to cosplay. He is very tall and slim with thin arms and lanky body and long dark brown hair.

Jane Autumn

Ashley's coworker. She's able to keep up with Ocarina's fantasies because she's living in one herself.

She likes to play with Ocarina but she finds her kind of annoying since she's better at making up weird melodramatic stories. She's 18 years old, half asian and has long pink hair tied into two pigtails.

Lauren Bell

An 18 year old girl who works part time in a shop owned by Ocarina's landlord. She likes to ride her bicycle. She's very physically fit and a friendly person but her rather strange vocabulary can be difficult to deal with. She has pale toned skin, long blonde hair tied in braids and a slim profile.

Stewart King

Ocarina's landlord. He is 32 years old.

Doctor Richards

A crackpot physicist obsessed with the multiverse. She is not taken seriously by the scientific community. She is 43 years old.
