The Host

Sera: (Full name: ?????). Age unknown. 6’0”, caramel skin, golden eyes, green hair with a red flower ornament, pointed ears, generous curves with G-cup breasts.
The Host of this season, she prides herself on being one of the more reasonable and professional Hosts. Prioritizes making decisions that the Mistress would enjoy, while catering as much as possible to the audience. Motto is “A happy Mistress makes a happy audience, a happy audience makes happy Producers, and happy Producers don’t sentence me to eternal torment.”
Likes: Aífe, ?????, good employees, and professionalism
Dislikes: Hosts who don’t know their place (especially Azure), people who half-ass and throw away their creations, making the Mistress sad, contestants who **** her to make the Mistress sad, and Monsanto

The Mistress

Aífe McGarden:26 years old. Pre-transformation: 5’7”, chubby, blue eyes, shaggy, dark brown hair and stubble. Post-transformation: 5’3”, pleasantly thicc, D-cup breasts, auburn hair that reaches her mid-back. A trans woman deep in self-denial, Aífe was depressedly plodding through life with a less-than-useful degree, a series of jobs that didn’t work out, and a body she was intensely unhappy with for reasons that she insisted were “definitely cis.” Driving out into the countryside outside her home city to a 90-day temp job in entry-level IT, she finds herself at the Lily Garden Bed & Breakfast as this season’s Mistress.

Bloom Again: Transforms Aífe to have a body that matches her gender. This body is based on what she might have looked like, if she were born in the right body to begin with.

The Harem

Erica Andrews: 26 years old. 5’8”, C-cup breasts, dark brown hair in a pixie cut, tan skin, green eyes. A tomboy with a loud personality, who loves sports and partying. Works as a blackjack dealer at a casino in Kansas City because she loves the atmosphere and the pay’s decent. Came to the Lily Garden because she was told she had won a vacation.

Relationship to the Mistress: Aífe’s childhood best friend, neighbor, and first crush. They were inseparable ever since they met as toddlers, up until she was **** to move in 4th grade when her father was relocated to a military base in Arizona. While they initially stayed connected, they gradually lost contact over the years until, eventually, it became too awkward for Aífe to try and reach out. Aífe wasn’t aware that Erica had moved back to KC.

Mistress Doesn’t Dream of Bunny Girl Osananajimi: As a dutiful casino worker, Erica can now only dress in sexy playboy bunny outfits. Once per week, she can challenge another contestant to a game, wagering up to 500 BP. Both players must agree on the amount wagered and the game that will be played. (Bunny Girl) (Minor Punishment)

Aoba Onimori: 20 years old, half-Japanese. 4’11”, A-cup breasts, black-hair styled in a bob-cut, brown eyes, glasses. A college student majoring in art, she secretly draws hentai online under the handle “Oni_of_Aomori.” Huge weeb (can a Japanese person be a weeb, technically?) and a wanton pervert whose online portfolio contains a suspicious amount of master/**** yuri (which all seem to feature petite, black-haired girls as the slaves). Developed an art style for her hentai that is just barely different enough from the style in her school portfolio and public, sfw profile to give her plausible deniability. Came to the Lily garden for an internship with an art gallery.

Relationship to the Mistress: They met in an online forum for one of their favorite gacha games. Quickly became close online friends once they realized they share approximately 95% of their interests and tastes. Aífe had commented that Aoba’s art is really similar to an artist she saw online, but she hadn’t connected the dots, yet.

Transformations:
You’re the Oni One for Me: Aoba will take on the characteristics of an oni, namely red eyes, horns (that are a highly sensitive erogenous zone), elongated canines, sharp black nails, inhuman physical strength, and an increased libido. (Due to safety concerns, her horns, fangs, and claws will be magically unable to harm herself, other contestants, and the Mistress. This restriction will be slightly lifted during sex, just to the level that she can leave faint love bites and scratches, because that’s hot.) (Yōkai) (Reward)

Cecilia Pine: 25 years old. 5’4”, C-cup breasts, medium-length red hair, blue eyes. The daughter of a wealthy Baptist preacher who was later elected to state office (you can guess which party), Cecilia was raised to take what she wants, step over anyone in her way, and tear down anyone who tries to defy her. Acts sweet, prim, and proper in public, but shows her real feelings the moment she thinks no one important is watching. Works as a “consultant” for a local real estate firm run by one of her daddy’s golf buddies, which is to say she collects a low six-figure salary for writing a few emails while she works on her fashion blog. Came to the Lily Garden for a business retreat.

Dislikes: The Host, her fellow contestants (except Natalie), church, and small spaces
Relationship to the Mistress: They met back in middle school, and she constantly teased Aífe until they both graduated high school. Was an expert at waiting until the teachers weren’t looking, so she never received any repercussions for her actions. But how will she deal with a more confident version of the Mistress, and a Host who is always watching?

Transformations:
Put Your Money Where Your Mouth Is: Every time Cecilia insults the Mistress, 1% of her total assets will be transferred to the Mistress. This includes accounts, properties, stocks, trusts, breast size, and BP. If Cecilia is eliminated, the remainder of these assets will immediately be transferred to the Mistress. Once 100% of Cecilia’s assets have been transferred, she will receive a replacement transformation, and this path will change to (Bitch). (Rich Bitch) (Minor Punishment)

Mallory North: 22 years old. 5’6”, C-cup breasts, shoulder-length brown hair, brown eyes, glasses. A college dropout, Mallory was a freshman history major when the pandemic hit back in 2020. Struggling to adapt to the class changes caused by quarantine, she decided to pause her studies for the time being and get a part-time job. After a few months, she ultimately chose not to go back to college, and is following her dreams by going to dance school in the evenings after work, instead. They got along well, and Aífe was probably a few months away from asking Mallory out, but they were both laid off due to the company being bought, and were too busy finding new jobs to stay in touch.

Transformations:
Venus Wrapped in Silk and Sin (I’m Your Venus + Good Things Come in Tightly Wrapped Packages): Mallory will be unable to wear any fabric that is not sheer and/or skintight. Any clothes she wears that do not meet these requirements will transform into skintight latex/spandex/Lycra/etc. and/or sheer silk/nylon. Fortunately, tight clothing is quite good for Mallory’s health. The longer she spends in skintight clothes, the nicer her skin becomes—forever staying smooth, silky, clean, and hairless (only below her eyes). Relationship to the Mistress: Aífe took one of Elise’s literature classes as a freshman, which also happened to be Elise’s first year teaching. Elise found her to be a joy to have in class, active in class discussion and offering keen insight on the material. They would often hang out and drink tea during Elise’s office hours, discussing their favorite book genre, fantasy. To this day, Elise is one of Aífe’s favorite professors.

Transformations:
Lily Witch Academia: Elise will find herself with rudimentary magic powers. Either by experimenting on her own, or by finding books detailing the process, she will be able to learn some basic spells. But be careful— an inexperienced witch will sometimes make mistakes when casting, leading to unpredictable, often sexy results. As a side effect of this transformation, Elise will also experience a shift in her sexuality, from straight to lesbian. (Fantasy) (Reward)

Aria Astaria (formerly Alexis Martinez-Jones): 29 years old, Puerto Rican. 5’4”, B-cup breasts, unkempt brown hair, brown eyes, glasses. Vtuber avatar: 19 years old, alien, 4’10”, E-cup breasts, bubble butt, knee-length purple hair in twin-tails, cyan skin, and light pink eyes with a small white star design in the iris. Live 2d in the 3rd Dimension: Alexis will transform to look like a real-life version of her vtuber avatar, she’ll automatically adopt her persona’s voice and mannerisms, and her name will change to match. Don’t worry, Aria Astaria will receive full legal documentation at the end of the season, free of charge. After all, deportation is not sexy. (Vtuber) (Neutral)

Diona Ishtar: 21 years old. 5’1”, E-cup breasts, light brown skin, hazel eyes, dyed pink and green hair tied up in twin-tails. Not much is known about Diona, aside from her claims that she’s currently at college, majoring in phytochemistry. While these pheromones are a mild aphrodisiac, they do not actually induce arousal, merely accelerate its buildup. The rate of arousal is proportional to the number of onlookers and the amount of skin she’s showing, and will be further increased if the Mistress is one of the onlookers.
