Bio: She's the Host of The HH. She wrote Andy an invitation letter to join the resort on the day he closed the sale of his app. That night, she took him to the resort.

Andrew Michael "Andy" Cooper

Age: 29 (nearly 30)

Job: App developer, software engineer, entrepreneur.

Appearance: Standing at 6'2" with an athletic build, Andy has short brown hair, thoughtful green eyes, and a stubble beard that gives him a rugged, introspective charm. His casual-smart style — rolled-up sleeves, fitted jeans, and understated details — reflects a man trying to appear put-together while quietly carrying old wounds.

Relationship to Andy: The man himself.

Bio: Andy is a quietly charismatic entrepreneur who founded a successful safety app startup called 'aural', designed to summon help instantly in dangerous situations. He later sold the company to help it grow, leaving him financially comfortable but emotionally adrift. Some time in his past, he suffered some unspecified trauma related to a girl called Laura, of such magnitude that it colored all his relationships since.

Transformations:

• High Achiever (Gift): Andy becomes significantly stronger and healthier with each Achievement he earns. He no longer has a refractory period. All the women bound to him as his harem also become healthier. Andy and the women will age more slowly (the women will remain fertile for longer, too). The rate at which aging slows down depends on the number of Achievements earned by Andy.
• Command (Gift): The Master’s voice must be obeyed. When Andy gives a command, the harem member to whom it is directed must obey.
• Connect (Gift): The Master has done remarkably well in connecting with most of his harem, but more could be done. Andy gains the ability to shift between his normal form and a female equivalent, Andi, and back, at will. As Andi, she will receive the appropriate muscle memory, and will be a woman to all intents and purposes. Andy must spend at least 24 hours each round as Andi; these hours need not be consecutive. Further Achievements may enhance Andy, Andi, or both forms.
• Console (Gift): The Master’s skills have discovered a glitch. Andy gains access to console commands. He can input these in the Commissary or in the touchscreen of the Master’s Suite, unlocking cheat codes. A list of currently known cheat codes will appear in the Master’s Suite. Additional codes can be unlocked via further Achievements, or discovered around the island.

Samantha "Sam" Collins

Age: 29

Job: Barista and co-owner of "The Blue Bean."

Appearance: She’s about 5'6", with an athletic build, tan skin, sharp dark eyes, and tightly coiled auburn hair usually dyed blue. Her clothing is casual but chic—often practical pieces suited to her active lifestyle, like fitted jeans and sneakers.

Relationship to Andy: Andy's best friend. They've had each other's backs since college, and neither could imagine going through life without the other's support.

Bio: Sam is a bright, confident woman who was a college classmate of Andy’s. With her brother, she co-owns "The Blue Bean", a popular local café known for its vibrant atmosphere and eclectic clientele. She volunteers occasionally at an LGBTQ+ support group. She’s loyal, quick-witted, and fiercely independent. She met Andy in the last year of college, a few months before he started dating Erin. Realizing he was developing a crush on her, she gently but clearly told Andy that she was a lesbian, navigating the conversation with warmth and humor. Andy respected her honesty, and over time they developed a deep, supportive friendship that endures to this day.

Transformations:

• Life Hugger: Sam has struggled often in her adult life, and her bond with the Master has always supported her. Now, she cannot get enough. Sam’s emotional equilibrium becomes tied to physical contact with the Master; without daily hugs or skin-to-skin closeness with Andy, she begins to feel a gnawing loneliness that turns into overwhelming emotional distress. • Sworn to Carry your Burdens: Transformations that require something (e.g. a connection, an order) from the Master can be delegated to Sam instead. The Master must consent to the delegation, but he can also unilaterally delegate a TF to Sam if he wishes. Sam cannot refuse. Only one such TF can be carried at any one time. Chloe Ramsey

Age: 29

Job: Kindergarten Teacher.

Appearance: She's 5'2", with creamy ivory skin, long wavy golden-brown hair, and bright hazel eyes flecked with gold. She has a sweet, slightly plump build with C-cup breasts and gentle curves.

Relationship to Andy: A middle school classmate.

Bio: Chloe is a middle school classmate of Andy's. Now, Chloe works as a kindergarten teacher, creating cozy spaces where children feel safe, protected, and encouraged to grow. She's known for her thoughtful small touches, and she is deeply sensitive to others' feelings. She is almost cripplingly shy. There's some unknown history between her and Andy, leading to the latter being resentful.

Her body is soft and delicate, with B-cup breasts and a slender build. She has pale blonde cat ears in addition to her original ears, and a long cat's tail the same color fur as her hair, which tends to accentuate her emotions.

Relationship to Andy: A high school classmate.

Bio: Claire was Andy’s early crush in high school who friend-zoned him, after seemingly leading him on for a while. This betrayal of his trust set a tone of emotional distance Andy struggled to overcome. After high school, Claire went to college in Maine, where she studied library sciences. Today, Claire works as the assistant head archivist at the Boston Public Library in Boston, Massachusetts.

Transformations:

• Silent Muse: Claire's voice and struggles with empathy have often led to trouble, including with the Master. Now she needs to worry no longer. She becomes the Master's perfect intellectual companion, able to anticipate his feelings, needs and desires without words. However, she loses her voice, communicating only through gestures, expressions, and written notes. (Muse)
• Puuuurfectly Quiet: Claire is fascinated by mythology and folklore. She loves discovering secrets, and the cat is the symbol of secrets. Claire will now have cat ears and a tail, and also find that she makes almost no noise while walking. (Myth and Maiden)

Dawn Moreno

Age: 26

Job: Assistant Consierge at The Harrington, a Chicago boutique hotel.

Appearance: With olive-toned skin, expressive dark brown eyes, and shoulder-length black hair often tied in a practical ponytail, she stands about 5’5” with a slim but curvy figure.

Relationship to Andy: Consierge of the hotel where he stayed several times during the months leading to the sale of Aural. She liked him, but never had the courage to approach him.

Bio: Dawn is a bright, approachable assistant consierge at a boutique hotel in Chicago, 'The Harrington', where Andy stayed multiple times during the sale of Aural. She was born in Berwyn, just outside Chicago. She has two younger brothers, three cats, and a grandmother who taught her how to cook.

Transformations:

• Gentle Servant: Dawn has been very helpful to the Master during his stays in Chicago. There is no reason why she should be any less helpful at The HH. She feels an uncontrollable urge to offer assistance or comfort to Andy before she can think of her own needs. Even when exhausted or aroused, she moves to help. (Consierge)
• Wake Up Call: A good consierge must waste no time in helping others. No matter how tired, dirty, or overwrought Dawn is, she will now be renewed by the sun. As dawn breaks she will find herself wide awake, well groomed, and ready to face the day. (Consierge)

Dr. Marissa Holt

Age: 32

Job: Clinical Psychologist.

Appearance: She is tall and composed, with golden blonde hair often pulled back neatly, and clear, perceptive blue eyes that blend warmth with professional restraint. Her style is practical yet polished—favoring tailored blouses and slacks that match her calm demeanor. She has G-cup breasts.

Relationship to Andy: His therapist for the last couple of years. She is attracted to him, but recognized the need to be professional and never acted on the attraction.

Bio: Dr. Marissa Holt is a rising clinical psychologist in Andy’s town who served as his therapist during difficult times in his young adulthood. Though significantly younger than typical therapists in her field, Marissa earned respect quickly for her empathy and sharp insight. Marissa’s private life is intentionally shielded, and she maintains professional detachment with all clients, including Andy. Dr. Holt is the only person in Andy's later life to know about Laura before arriving to The HH.

Transformations:

• Involuntary Signaling: Marissa has always downplayed her appearance professionally, and been proud of it in her personal life. From now on, she will no longer need to hide her breasts, and in fact, she can't. Her nipples become permanently hard and hyper-sensitive, visible under all clothing no matter what she wears. Relationship to Andy: Former neighborhood friend of Andy's and Laura's, she drifted off their little group when she was 14 and they were about 12. She vanished entirely after Laura's ****.

Bio: Emi Kim is a warm, dreamy former neighborhood friend of Andy and Laura’s, two years older than them. She's of mixed Korean and French origins. After high school she moved to UC San Diego for college, and works now as a children’s book illustrator on the West Coast, living a quiet life and still single. Her art style is very recognizable, and she has several sketchbooks at home which she fills with dreamlike illustrations.

Transformations:

• Spider-(Wo)Man+: Emi tends to withdraw into fantasy from time to time. Now, doing so comes with delightful consequences. Emi grows four perfectly formed, slender arms instead of two—six arms total. She has full control of all her arms. (Dreamer)

Relationship to Andy: Ex-girlfriend. Dated Andy during the last year of college and the year after that. Lived with him for a few months, broke up due to his emotional unavailability. They're back together now.

Bio: Erin is a reserved, determined woman who dated Andy for two years, in his last year of college and the first year after that. After graduating with a degree in environmental science, Erin now works as a conservation specialist for a nonprofit, passionate about protecting natural habitats. She leads a largely independent life and has been involved in a few casual relationships since her breakup with Andy, but she keeps emotional distance to avoid being hurt again.

Transformations:

• Deliberate Connection: Erin was extremely loyal to the Master once. She will find that she needs to rebuild that loyalty now. Erin becomes physically unable to orgasm unless she is directly in sight of the Master. (Loyal)

Then, without warning, Liesa left for Belgium, leaving Andy only a short, vague note. Bio: Norah Rahman is a detail-oriented data analyst at a startup where Andy once served as a mentor. Norah idolized Andy before he sharply criticized her presentation in front of the entire team — a comment he meant as constructive but that deeply wounded her pride. Since then, she has believed him arrogant and dismissive of female talent.

Transformations:

• Eye of the Beholder: Norah's pride in her skills has led her astray in the past. Perhaps she needs to refocus that pride. Her body will take on the version of itself from the Master's fantasies, even if the Master himself isn't aware of those fantasies. (Pride)

Katherine

Job: Art decor

Appearance: Katherine is permanently nude, with black haired with green eyes, a slender body with very large breasts. Her hair reaches her ankles. Due to the size of the painting, she is about 90 cm. tall. She cannot hide or conceal her breasts and groin. She can only stand, but she can't even turn to the side (let alone turn backwards).

Relationship to Andy: Painting in his Suite.

Bio: Katherine was a former contestant who was eliminated from her season's harem 14 years ago, and turned into a living painting. According to her, she spent years in the Master's Suite, ignored or considered only art decor rather than a person, by the Masters who followed; Arabella subsequently put her in storage for a few years, and brought her out of storage specifically for Andy's season.

Transformations:

Unknown number of transformations. It's unclear how many of the effects she's under are due to her exit transformation. Katherine is completely nude and cannot hide her nudity: her breasts and groin must be fully visible at all times, and she can't make any movement that would hide them (including turning around or sitting, except if she sits with her legs spread wide and doesn't cover her chest). She has very large breasts. She cannot speak, write, mouth words, or use sign language. She cannot leave the frame of her painting, nor can she "back off" into the painting background. She cannot interact with any part of the painting background. She can hear and see everything that happens within the field of view of her painting.
