Putting all of the God-Kings together for reference. Not all have been introduced yet, but they become important going forward.

Pyraeth

Pyraeth, god of domination through strength, believes raw power alone grants the right to rule. Taking the form of an immense rust-red dragon, he has personally slain other gods and forged his reputation through conquest rather than diplomacy. Brutal and merciless in battle, he nevertheless possesses a calculating mind that often manipulates others into proving his philosophy for him. Dragons revere him as their progenitor, and even gods tread carefully when his shadow darkens the sky.

He is Serah's father.

Drazhkul

Drazhkul believed peace was merely the pause between victories. Clad in blackened armor and carrying a massive two-handed sword, he approached warfare as a discipline rather than an act of passion, favoring calculated campaigns over reckless bloodshed. Though brutal when necessary, he was equally willing to employ deception, diplomacy, or subterfuge if they hastened conquest. His death at Nyssira's hands remains one of the defining moments of the Second Silent War, and the scars left by his campaigns still shape the political landscape.

Zelmyra

Before her death, Zelmyra believed truth and suffering were inseparable. She could neither accept a belief nor speak an honest word without experiencing pain herself, a burden she wore with unsettling enthusiasm. Flirtatious and intense, she often appeared to find pleasure where others found agony. Despite her fearsome reputation, she possessed genuine compassion, forming unlikely friendships with several gods before her death released her Faith back into the world.

Athryx

Athryx, the golden chain, taught that every fortune carries a price and every debt becomes a chain. Draped in precious metals and adorned with shifting ledgers and keys, he saw ambition not as a flaw but as the engine of civilization itself. Wealth, obligation, greed, generosity, ownership - all were merely different entries in the same ledger to him. Few gods rivaled his patience, and fewer still could match his talent for making others believe his bargains were entirely their own idea.

Anura

Anura embodies the patient certainty of a predator that already knows the hunt will end in blood. Towering and broad-shouldered, with umber fur, great eagle wings, and a body crisscrossed with scars, he possesses an effortless charisma that draws others in despite the danger he represents. He rarely seeks open conflict, preferring instead to observe, stalk, and strike only when success is inevitable. Among the God-Kings, he is perhaps the most patient - and therefore one of the most dangerous.

Granyth

Granyth understands pressure better than any living being. Though her Faith is expressed through volcanic fury and continents split apart, she herself is measured, thoughtful, and surprisingly patient. She shows little affection for mortals, viewing them as fleeting lives caught between forces too vast to comprehend, yet she is less domineering than most of the God-Kings. Since the death of Dromaia, many earth elementals have gathered beneath her, swelling her influence deep beneath the world's surface.

Ornyth

Where others wield destruction like a hammer, Ornyth prefers the hairline fracture. Calm, methodical, and unnervingly polite, he believes every creation deserves an ending and that ruin is simply the final stage of existence. He delights in weaknesses too small for others to notice, trusting that time will magnify every flaw into catastrophe. His schemes rarely appear threatening until the moment they become irreversible.

Nerakhel

Little is known of Nerakhel, god the deep oceans, beyond the fact that he prefers it that way. Dwelling in the lightless trenches far from mortal shores, he appears as an impossible fusion of colossal man, kraken, and sea beast whose true form is rarely seen in full. Silent and inscrutable, he seldom involves himself in the affairs of other gods, making his intentions impossible to predict. Whether his distance masks indifference or careful preparation remains one of the world's oldest unanswered questions.

Oriselle

Beautiful, perceptive, and endlessly charming, Oriselle understands desire with frightening precision. Unlike many assume, she prefers pleasure to addiction, believing willing indulgence far more satisfying than helpless dependence. She navigates divine politics with conversation rather than violence, quietly encouraging others toward choices they believe are their own.

Nahl

Also known as Mother Hunger, she has not yet fully ascended, but the God-Kings have already granted her a tentative seat among them. She resembles a monstrous wolf formed from countless mouths and faces, driven by a hunger so absolute that thought itself struggles to survive beneath it. Communication with her is erratic, her instincts overwhelming any semblance of reason as she continues to gather Faith. Though still immature, few doubt that should she achieve true godhood, she will become one of the greatest existential threats the world has ever faced.
