Howdy all,

Sorry about the wait time got away from me this weekend…..BG3…….That being said I've started on the next two chapters and have been working on a new outline.

Enjoy my incoherent rambles

So this ends the first set of chapters I had lined out. I have a loose outline of where I wanna go at least up until Rustboro. I can't promise I'll have a schedule or anything.This is a little passion project I've started. I really only plan to write when I have time and inspiration to write. Sadly adulting takes priority…….man what I wouldn't give to read and write smut from my bed all day.

Now some notes about my approach to my two mains.

I wanted to make Bren pretty self insertable for you the reader (and me it's easier to write). He's not meant to be the game character in looks.

As for Sapphire she isn't May even though her middle name is May as homage. She looks much different in my head. You may visualize any of my characters how you want.

I made her niece of Birch I just thought it fit some prelim ideas I had.

I have a mix of changed universe and normal. I just really wanted to be free of any restrictions caused by following too closely to the game. I have ideas for my own characters and what not so just a heads up.

Their relationship -

I know it may seem weird that they don't date. I'm really trying to write it not as a will they won't they kinda thing or a slow build. My hard stance on Bren and Saph is they are the best of friends that aren't afraid to be affectionate. When I started outlining them I realized I started making them very close to some "friendships" I've had. Ones where we genuinely care about each other and behave as Bren and Saph do…..yes including that but don't want to date.

Now I don't intend to make them stop either. There will be romantic interests for both of them….just wait and see. This is a world of sex and romantic freedom….Slaps hood this thing can fit so much polyamory and FWBs in it.

You'll find up ahead I've added characters did away with some ect. I'm really just taking the pieces of Hoenn I want to use and ignoring the rest.

I appreciate the interest in my universe's rules. I have more you'll bump into at random points. I'm not sure if I'm gonna make it a separate chapter to explain why or just let you go, oh that's a thing we have to live with. Really I just wanted to have a world that makes sense to me. I don't want to just rely on lol this is a smut fic who cares about logic. (I'll probably still rely on it a lot though).

With that I will retire to my bubble bath…..mmm vanilla & rose water.
