What you need:

Something for to put the runes on, it could be normal flat stones, pieces of wood or metal. So you can carve or paint the runes on your material.

• Male boxers (clean)

• One candle
• Matches

Instructions

Step 1: Draw a circle 5 foot in diameter

Step 2: carve or paint runes going clockwise starting with the body rune

Step 3: place male boxers in the middle of the circle

Step 4: using the paper and quill, write (all females are just friends) on the parchment

Step 5: place parchment on top of boxers

Step 6: rub lavender cotton ball on parchment

Step 7 : light candle (with matches, no magic)
