Chaos

You grabbed wyvern girl by her hand and ran to the side of the camp, knocking people away, and apologising.

And there you saw them.

A small army of several dozens, perhaps even a hundred warriors. From that distance you couldn't see what they were, but you knew that in these lands, anything like that was not a good news. You could see however their tall outlines and something that looked like wings on each of them. They were moving in a loose formation, following a mounted warrior and someone carrying a banner. By the look of things you gathered that it would take them a few minutes before getting here.

"We need to run, David, please!" Doris screamed at you.

"She is right. Mistress's armies are not going that far east, so it must be general Khaj's riding party. If you still intend to take me with you then we should go." Salahea added.

The music that was keeping everyone under a spell broke mid tune.

"Army! Flee!" Someone shouted.

And then the chaos began.

You were lucky you weren't in the middle of it, because you saw absolute nightmare happening in there. People knocking each other, punching, stealing bags. A complete anarchy powered by the lack of spell that kept everyone in check.

"Salahea go with Doris and you two run the hell away from here. Let's meet later ten miles south, there was a stream there."

"What?! You're not staying..." Fairy protested, but you didn't have time for that. The raiders were getting closer.

"I need to get to Kelara and Layla. Need to make sure they are safe. Salahea, I'll give you what you want just take Doris away from here!"

Wyvern girl snatched fairy from your hands, spread her wings and started to fly.

You didn't have time to observe. You had to find your girls.

"Ready, Ishtar?"

Thought you'd never ask.

She enveloped you in a thin but very strong layer of armour and then you started to run into the chaotic crowd.

You did everything you could to avoid everyone and everything on your way. There was screaming, shouting, calling names, people ripping bags from each other hands. Some others wildly copulating while awaiting their demise.

You encountered a group running away in the enemy direction, and wanted to turn them somewhere else.

"There!" You pointed. It didn't work. They were still pushing at you. You shifted your armour into hammer and hit a cauldron that stood nearby, the massive noise stunning them and making them come back from fear fueled madness.

"This way!"

Crowd psychology worked on your favour this time and you managed to get through. You jumped over a broken stall, and then felt like something hit you in the back. You weren't sure since the armour absorbed entire blow.

You looked behind and there was noone, but in the ground was a burning arrow. Someone was shooting at the camp.

You shifted the armour to create a large shield and ran while blocking the falling ****.

People were running, screaming and dying everywhere. Someone set a tent in fire and it spread now, limiting the options to escape.

You were hoping that your girls were okay.

"Layla! Kelara!" You shouted through the smoke and chaos.

You found yourself in a place where you pleasured Doris not so long ago. The tent from where the peacekeeping music was playing stood now completely burned. Considering its state you knew that someone had to burn it before the chaos even started. But you didn't have time to investigate. You could only hope that whoever did it got their justice coming for them.

You had to find your girls.

You were screaming their names, asking people around, turning over corpses, but they weren't anywhere. The desperation grew inside you like a volcano ready to erupt.
