While Cynthia used to have a voice and opinion about everything Isaiah did while he was a human. As a dog, Isaiah watched as she obediently and happily listened to every one of Dilly's requests and orders. She was smitten with Isaiah all over again, so much so that when Dilly said to call him Dilly and Isaiah as Isaiah, despite her being unaware of the body swap, she complied without hesitation. Then, Dilly surprisingly shaped up, using Isaiah's memories and experience to completely replace him at work and home, but reshaping the way his life was. Instead of the hard-working yet timid Isaiah, Dilly was confident and demanding, getting three promotions within a month, yet also taking more time off to be with his family while outperforming his previous work evaluations by miles. Using this money and time, Dilly spent so much more time with his family and secured so much money that Cynthia could finally quit her part-time job and start investing in properties. All while taking regular trips and getting Eleanor the best tutor. Most interesting of all, Dilly even convinced Eleanor to call Isaiah by his real name, despite also not knowing about the body swap. However, just in case this caused some sort of worry or confusion, Dilly also got Isaiah a female dog, one he picked out himself. The only problem with this was that the dog Dilly chose was the human equivalent of a fat, unclean, nymphomatic, perverted, beastly woman. If Dilly was still a dog, especially considering the bombshell he now stole from Isaiah, he would be utterly repulsed and scared of her. But Dilly picked her anyway.
In the coming days, Isaiah would be tortured by this new girl they named Bella, as Isaiah's repulsion of her made it hard for him to get up, causing Bella to start humping him every chance she got, smothering him all the time, requiring him to snuggle up to Eleanor and Cynthia like an actual pet, returning their house life to how it was supposed to be: a husband, his wife, his daughter, and their dogs.
Worst of all, Isaiah hated to admit it, but his family was happier with Dilly at the helm, and more pleased to. Even though Dilly chose to kick Isaiah out of the room when they had sex, Isaiah could always hear the moans and screams from across the house, even when he lay with Eleanor, and/or when he was getting **** by Bella. Watching in horror as Eleanor started to change, gaining a crush on Dilly that she never had for Isaiah, saying out loud when she thought there was no one bar the dogs that, although she loved when Isaiah was the father, Dilly was a real man, a real male in her eyes, and the way he reignited that spark of lust in Cynthia made Eleanor hunger for the same.
