What's next?
Change the word 'Mother' to 'Pet'
Impulsively, I think about the collar and glance at the word 'mother,' imagining a slightly different relationship. If she were less of a 'mother' and more... Before I can blink, it shifts before my eyes.
The camera flickers. Mom leans down, staring down the doorcam with soulful, expectant eyes. Her hands brace against her knees, and I get the impression it's not so much that she's trying to entice as she isn't quite comfortable standing up anymore.
I didn't mean to change that. Guiltily, I try to change it back but... the phrase simply doesn't respond.
I swallow. That definitely changed the reason my mom is here. There's no way it didn't... actually... is... is she even my mom at all, anymore?
I could try changing another phrase to fix that. Or... have I already done enough? My blood thunders through my ears, and a restless energy fills my core. It's definitely just guilt. Anxiety. Surely.
Surely this is fine. Surely I can fix it, if I need to. Right?

(mature woman, disappointed pet, average build, long purple hair, tidy ponytail, hands on her hips, long dress, mom clothes, dog collar, standing on the doorstep)
[AN: The visible result of this one is curiously similar to the result of the last, but I guess that's not too surprising? Pets are usually portrayed as obedient to their owners, and what is that if not submission, after all. Still, the story implications are probably a bit different. We'll see how things shake out.]
