Celebrating Christmas

Shepard smiled as she had the apartment decorated with a big christmas tree and garlands along with some festive lighted up space hamsters and a fish with a santa hat.

Shepard had several presents already wrapped and tucked under the tree.

Shepard had never had the true opportunity to celebrate the festive holidays since she was in space a majority of the time, though she still had her own traditions that made it all worth it. This Christmas, however, was special because she was finally able to relax for it.

And on top of that, she got to celebrate it with loved ones.

As she admired the decorated apartment, the doorbell rang and Shepard looked to see who it was.
