"Shepard." Liara appeared from behind a large wrapped gift.

"Liara. Here let me help with that." She grabbed the box.

"Thank you. Its not heavy just ackward." They moved it under the tree.

Once they put it down Shepard saw Liara had not worn her usual white outfit. No she was wearing an ugly Christmas sweater that had Santas face and Rudolph full red nose.

"You went all out." Shepard grinned.

"I understand it is a tradition on earth." Liara said back.

"To some." Jane pulled Liara close. "Merry Christmas Liara."

"Merry Christmas Shepard." Liara kissed her.

"Hey less baby making at the moment." A new voice called from the door.

Shepard saw Liaras father coming in. Her arms full of wrapped gifts.

Shepard came over and helped her father-in-law.

"You just had to get here first." Aethyta put the gifts down. "I knew if I did hurry you two would be celebrating without clothes. Not that I care but I double all your friends want to see you fucking on under the three."

"Father." Liara rubbed her temple.

Then the door alarm went off again. Shepard went to open it.
