Caught...?

I had just become accustomed to taking her head when I heard...

“Who goes there?!”

I almost shrieked! In an instant, I jumped from the bed and found myself back on the pillows, scared to death. My heart was pounding heavily in my chest as I waited with bated breath for the orcess to grab me, shake me, yell at me... do something!

Yet, that never happened.

Mustering the courage to look back at her, I noticed that she was still exactly where she was a minute ago. Had she just been... sleeptalking? I carefully observed her, but she seemed fast asleep. She wouldn’t pretend to be asleep now, would she? Or was it somebody else who said it? All these thoughts raced through my head, but as the minutes rolled by, nothing happened and I started calming down bit by bit.

An hour had passed until I regained enough composure to fall asleep. This had been a... close call, yet the experience taught me something. Maybe, just maybe, it wouldn’t be so bad to let her get a bit more handsy next time with me. Naturally, I couldn’t show it to her, but my curiousity had been piqued and I had begun wondering exactly what new... experiences she could show me!
