Cat

"Um. I like cats?" you offer, remembering your childhood pet. That had been a regular housecat, and a boy, but scratching him behind the ears while he purred on your lap could brighten even a miserable day.

The old woman calls out, and a number of girls make their way to the entrance while the rest get back to what they were doing. A minute later, you're standing before a row of girls with cat ears, all of them kneeling with their hands on their legs and looking up at you with curious anticipation.

"Figures you'd go for cats," Ashley remarks. "They do look cute though!"

They are cute, but one in particular catches your eye.
