‘So, what is a Larp?’ asked Emily.

This job sounded like fun, but she was struggling to understand exactly what it was.

‘It says here,’ Mr Francis shuffled the papers on his desk, ‘A Festival of Live Action Role Playing.’

He continued reading. ‘Pledge allegiance to the Holy Order; fight to bring peace and justice to the Empire and destroy the evil sorcery of The Saviours, or align your party with the Saviours and use dark magic to overthrow the corrupt government of the Holy Order. Alternatively carve your own path through the political intrigue and large scale battles as a band of mercenaries, a horde of goblins or a tribe of dark elves. However you choose to play you will experience epic battles, magic and mythical beasts.’

Emily still looked confused. Mr Francis studied her for a moment. This girl was something of an enigma: in all his time running TalentWorks employment agency he had never had anybody burn through as many jobs as her. She had never made it more than one day in any role, and yet the feedback from the placements was excellent. Glowing, even. The managers he had placed her with seemed genuinely fond of her and were extremely keen to have her back, but for some reason she just never wanted to return to any of them. Every day calls would come in from jobs he had placed her in asking if she was available to return, but she would always decline. New placements, she would always snap up. Which is why she was here sitting opposite him today, considering this job with a company running some kind of long weekend where a load of sword and sorcery nuts would go to sit around camp fires, dress up in oldie worldie costumes and hit each other with rubber swords.

‘So obviously,’ he tried to recap for her, ‘It’s not really a battle or anything. And it’s not really goblins and elves. They just need some actors to play the roles of some of the characters over the weekend. Princesses, magicians, that kind of thing. I've got a few details to go through, to check if you are suitable.’ He shuffled the papers again until he found the correct page and looked over his glasses at Emily again. She looked a little anxious at the thought of an aptitude test, her cheeks had reddened slightly and she shifted in her chair. She breathed in deeply, preparing for the questions and her breasts strained against her blouse.

‘I'm sure this is just a formality, try to relax,’ he said. He tried to put her at ease, but he really wanted her to breathe in again and pop all the buttons off and free those glorious tits. ‘Question one: This is a large weekend event with a large number of residents on the camp site. Some facilities such as showers, changing areas etc may be shared. Are you concerned by this aspect of the work?’
